An athletic warm up with an emphasis on proprioception, awareness of body and mind, and movement quality will prepare dances for contemporary phrase work that incorporates elements of ballet, modern, and lyrical dance techniques.
All are welcome. Please wear clothing suitable for movement. You may dance in socks or bare feet.
No class January 28.
