Dance/Movement

10/23/2025 - 12/04/2025 Thursday
6:45-7:45pm

Tuition - $150.00

This 6-week course explores the creative process of dance making through the lens of improvisation, composition, and movement exploration. Designed for movers of all backgrounds, this class invites students to develop their choreographic voice while expanding physical awareness, creativity, and confidence in improvisation. Each week will focus on a different theme or compositional tool, blending guided improvisational exercises with opportunities to create solo and group movement.

Students will learn how to generate original material, shape it into structured work, and collaborate with others in a supportive and exploratory environment. Through individual and ensemble work, the class will culminate in informal in-studio showings of student-generated pieces, emphasizing process over product and honoring experimentation as a vital part of artistry.

No class November 27.
