Acrylic Painting from Life

In Acrylic Painting from Life, students will paint from actual objects and from figure models. You will apply the color-mixing and care-of-materials skills that you learned in Acrylic Painting. Some of the classes will be held outdoors, to take advantage of the late summer conditions and paint landscapes. The class may include a clothed model to provide scale in landscapes.

All materials provided, but students will be expected to carry their share of art supplies out to the spot where we paint.

Before taking this class, students should have skills in freehand drawing, especially drawing from life subjects.
