This course is for students new to acrylic painting. Through a careful study of color mixing and theory, students will learn to create a flexible palette of colors to suit their needs. Proper care and management of paint and supplies will also be demonstrated and practiced. Students will create a few paintings in common through guided observation, and will develop their own work based on visual resources of their choice.
