Building a Painting

This course takes a step-by-step approach to building a painting by gaining new skills and practicing them on a summery still life. We will explore using a palette knife to mix vibrant color, learn how (and why!) to use acrylic mediums, and other techniques that are essential to developing your painting practice. This class is great for those who want to learn to paint in a structured way or would like to elaborate on basic skills. *Materials are not provided. Students will be sent a supply list of essential materials at affordable prices at the time of registration.
